We ship within Cairo, Egypt within 2–3 business days. Orders are carefully packaged to protect your pet's new collar. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
If a collar doesn't fit right or isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn and in original condition. We want your pet to love their collar.
